Booking procedure

All services can be requested from Monday to Tuesday, from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM, with the exception of tourist services for which you can fill in the adjacent form, or by calling (+39) 339 329 6771.

— Payment

Payment must be made at the end of the service by bank transfer, following the receipt of the commercial invoice.

— Cancellation policy

All booked services may be canceled without a cancellation fee until 24 hours before the first day of the service delivery, with the exception of tourist services for which are needed 72 hours for the cancellation.

* Services that will be delivered on the same day of the request cannot be canceled

Privacy and security

Maximum security guaranteed

To ensure maximum customer safety, an exclusive personal identification code (CPI) associated with the requested service will be communicated to the applicant, together with the service booking confirmation. In the event that the user of the service is different from the applicant, the latter must communicate the CPI to the person who will use it. The person in charge of providing the service will show the user an identification card of Multiservizi Bergamo and the CPI of reference, which must correspond to the one communicated to the applicant. There are affordable monthly passes for each service and customized service packages, with the possibility of combining services in each category.
