Booking procedure

All services can be delivered from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, except for those with a designated date and time

The services must be booked in advance according to their category:

  • CATEGORY A) 3 days notice
  • CATEGORY B) 2 weeks notice
  • CATEGORY C) 1 week notice

To request services to be held on Saturdays it is necessary to book at least 7 days before (category A), 20 days before (category B), 14 days before (category C) of the date on which the service is provisioned.
For services of an urgent nature or outside the aforementioned time a commission of € 15.00 / service will be applied.

Payment and cancellation policy

— Payment

The payment can be made in cash at the beginning of the use of the service or by bank transfer to be made in advance at the date of provision of the service booked. An invoice will be issued together with the payment.

— Cancellation policy

Booked services may be cancelled in the following terms, without any penality and with full refund in case of advanced payment through bank transfer : — CATEGORY A) and C recreational) cancellation within 24 hours prior to the day before the start of the service; — CATEGORY C touristic) cancellation within 72 hours prior to the day before the start of the service; — CATEGORY B) cancellation within 72 hours prior to the day before the start of the service.

To cancel your booking you must send an email to or call numbers 035 4504647 (active from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00) and 339 3296771 (also using messaging), indicating your name, surname, personal identification number of the service required and booking date.

* In case of cancellation beyond this limit or in case of no show, full payment of the booking will be required. A regular invoice will be issued.

Privacy and security

Maximum security guaranteed

To ensure maximum customer safety, an exclusive personal identification code (CPI) associated with the requested service will be communicated to the applicant, together with the service booking confirmation. In the event that the user of the service is different from the applicant, the latter must communicate the CPI to the person who will use it. The person in charge of providing the service will show the user an identification card of Multiservizi Bergamo and the CPI of reference, which must correspond to the one communicated to the applicant. There are affordable monthly passes for each service and customized service packages, with the possibility of combining services in each category.
